Standing Tall with Integrity is how we define doing the right things every time - even when no one's looking.  We're proud and privileged to have the membership we have of the DCS community, but we will never lose sight of our humble beginnings of first learning the simulator.  With integrity leading the way, we embrace change to grow our organization and adapt to remain "Tip of the Spear", and we work to maintain our strong collaboration both within our community and amongst the larger DCS community.

Standing Tall with Passion is one way we are "Tip of the Spear". It’s not about where we stand, but what we stand for. We are driven by the belief that our community thrives when we operate as one team, united by a shared mission. We are among the fortunate who get to live out our passion for aviation and tactical excellence in the skies of DCS.

But it’s about more than just flying. It’s about using our skills, teamwork, and influence to leave a lasting impact—whether through the dedication of our members, the precision of our operations, or the camaraderie we build. Together, we aim to achieve something greater than ourselves, always striving to make each mission memorable.

Think Tall with Expertise — Thinking tall with expertise is how we innovate and push the boundaries of what’s possible in DCS. It’s how we continuously refine our tactics, strategies, and teamwork to be "Tip of the Spear". We invest in our members just as much as we invest in their skills, because we know diverse experiences elevate our collective knowledge and foster excellence as a team.

Our commitment to continuous improvement drives us forward. The pursuit of excellence means our work to expand our capabilities is never truly complete. So, we dare to make every mission, every sortie, and every day better, pushing ourselves and each other to new heights.
